Our community consists of 134 single family homes spread across approximately 75 acres. We have common property including a decorative island in the front entrance and screening trees and road side landscaping complete with in-ground irrigation facing Atlee Station Road. We also have a common area playground and pavilion towards the rear of the community which includes approximately 13 acres of federally protected wetlands (Included in the National Wetlands Inventory). We run our own homeowner's association with volunteers from our community which is more desireable and less expensive than hiring an outside management company.
